Alex just celebrated his 2nd birthday this weekend. He is so lucky to have such wonderful grandparents. Two sets of his grandparents traveled all the way from Kentucky for the weekend to come to his birthday party. WOW!!
I picked Alex up from daycare one day last week, and Miss Carol had given the kids their Easter baskets. I put Alex in his seat and somehow he manages to get a chocolate bunny out of his basket and chew through the paper. In the 3 minutes it takes to get to our house from the sitters this is what he looked like when we got home. Chocolate was everywhere.
A few pictures from our trip to Breckenridge we took in February with Jeremy & Erin. We also went to Steamboat Springs, but those pictures are still on Johnny's laptop, more from there later. The week before we got there they had a snow sculpting contest, with contestants from around the world. Here is just one of them I thought was really cool.
It felt like we were inside of a snow globe the whole time we were there, it was so beautiful, I have never seen so much snow. I'm sure it would get old after a while but it was a nice change of scenery for a week.
Me & Erin out & about one day while the guys were skiing.
The condo we stayed in had a media room you could reserve at no charge, so we took advantage of it one night. Just the four of us in this huge theater room, we brought popcorn & snacks, it was pretty cool.
One of my views from the chair lift going up the mountain. I actually skied one day by myself. I only fell once. Johnny skied half of the day with me and then moved on to higher ground.
