Birthday weekend

Alex just celebrated his 2nd birthday this weekend. He is so lucky to have such wonderful grandparents. Two sets of his grandparents traveled all the way from Kentucky for the weekend to come to his birthday party. WOW!!

Easter Swim

Easter Sunday we all went over to Miss Debbie's & Mr. Bert's for lunch. It was so beautiful outside and Alex couldn't resist the pool.

Happy Easter

Surprisingly this went really well, we only broke one egg and had no major spilling accidents.

The Easter bunny loved Alex, he got two baskets..

Mr. Cool

Camping in the Living Room

Aunt Amy & Uncle Steve sent this cool tent for Alex's birthday. It looks wonderful in our living room.

What a Mess

I picked Alex up from daycare one day last week, and Miss Carol had given the kids their Easter baskets. I put Alex in his seat and somehow he manages to get a chocolate bunny out of his basket and chew through the paper. In the 3 minutes it takes to get to our house from the sitters this is what he looked like when we got home. Chocolate was everywhere.

First Haircut

It only took two years, but Alex finally had enough hair to cut.

TAAAA DAAAAAA......doesn't he look handsome.

Grand Theft Auto

You will notice Joey distracting Emma in the background while Alex quietly slips into Emma's jeep and attempts to take of.

Alex's two new favorite things....

Eating popcorn with Daddy & Dillon.....

And laying on the couch with Daddy & Dillon when it is time for bed.

Child Labor Law?

Alex is ready to go to work in his new uniform. Prine Systems starts them really early.

Breckenridge, CO

A few pictures from our trip to Breckenridge we took in February with Jeremy & Erin. We also went to Steamboat Springs, but those pictures are still on Johnny's laptop, more from there later. The week before we got there they had a snow sculpting contest, with contestants from around the world. Here is just one of them I thought was really cool.

It felt like we were inside of a snow globe the whole time we were there, it was so beautiful, I have never seen so much snow. I'm sure it would get old after a while but it was a nice change of scenery for a week.

Me & Erin out & about one day while the guys were skiing.

The condo we stayed in had a media room you could reserve at no charge, so we took advantage of it one night. Just the four of us in this huge theater room, we brought popcorn & snacks, it was pretty cool.

One of my views from the chair lift going up the mountain. I actually skied one day by myself. I only fell once. Johnny skied half of the day with me and then moved on to higher ground.
